Coming this February we welcome aspiring artist Sophia Allison. Starting her passion at just the age of 6 years old she took up the guitar and started making her own music as well as covers for her favorite songs and ones she felt connected to. By 2015 she began making her debut , and started posting her original and cover music on "Bandacamp" during the summer before leaving for college. Seeing how her music was impacted and the support she got from fans and followers all over, she decided to focus on her music and turn it into her full time career. She went on to attend NYU to further her study in music.
Sophia Went on to play her first show as "Soccer Mommy" at the community art space Silent Barn in Brooklyn. Shortly after her debut she landed a recording contract. Showing her true dedication to music and wanting to cut out all over distraction, she dropped out of college after just 2 years and returned to Nashville to pursue her music career. Joining countless artists along side their tour and performing with them, she even ended up opening for Vampire Weekend in the fall of of 2018.
Sophia has been determined to succeed and has taken no shortcuts in her career. Taking her time and furthering her studies in the industry to give us an even better performance.
