In a feature by DIY Magazine, vocalist Justin Young shares how topics “about loss” inspired the album, “I think that I am probably perpetually… not dissatisfied but hungry for more. Not just in a musical sense, but even in a spiritual sense. The hardest thing to do is to be present, isn’t it?” Navigating life in and out, the man in his mid-30s is keeping it real.
“To be in the moment and to be at peace with yourself in the moment. We spend our entire lives looking back or looking forward and that’s a big part of this record,” he said.
