Can I park at the event?

The Wiltern offers premium Wiltern Underground parking. Otherwise, you can find several paid parking facilities in the area. The most convenient lot is the Ralphs parking structure which is located adjacent to the venue. You can access this lot via the north entrance on Oxford street.
The Metro Purple Line is another great option, with a stop right across the street from The Wiltern at the Wilshire/Western station. This line connects to Downtown LA, Union Station, and the Metro Red Line leading to Hollywood. The Metro Purple Line runs until midnight on weekdays (Sunday to Thursday) and until 2:00 AM on weekends.

Is there an age limit?

House policy is 5+ up unless otherwise specified. Everyone needs a ticket for admittance.

Can I eat/drink at The Wiltern?

The Wiltern serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages as well as concession items such as popcorn, chips, pizza, churros, and nachos.
It’s important to note that the theater is a cashless venue that accepts all major credit and debit cards.

Does the Wiltern have accessible seating and an elevator?

As The Wiltern is a historical monument in Los Angeles, they do not have an elevator. Wheelchair-accessible seating is located at the front of level 2, close to the stage. Those who require these seats are guaranteed unobstructed views of the event and have the opportunity to purchase adjacent companion seating, subject to availability.
All venue restrooms, concession stands, and merchandise stands are accessible.

Is there a coat check?

There is a coat check service available inside the ticket lobby for a service fee of $5. It’s important to note that the theater is a cashless venue that accepts all major credit and debit cards.
For safety reasons, any personal protection items like pepper sprays and pocket knives must be stored at the coat check before entering the venue, and these can be collected upon departure – there is no charge for storing protection items.

Are there seats at the venue?

The Loge and Mezzanine sections are completely seated. The Upstairs theater has seating with odd and even numbered seats (i.e 106 and 108 are next to each other).
For GA FLOOR events, the main floor is open for General Admission standing.
Please note that tickets for different floors are non-transferable; upstairs tickets should be used upstairs, and downstairs tickets downstairs. Bar and concession stands, as well as restrooms, can be found on both levels.

What are The Wiltern safety & security guidelines?

Items not permitted at the Wiltern include illegal drugs/substances, weapons of any kind, outside food or drink, audio/video recording devices. A full list of prohibited items can be found here.
